It also matters a great pride that we are the first teaching hospital to achieve such an honour.

The journey involved the physicians, quality control department, nursing and management staff all working together with zeal for excellence and going the extra mile. The collective efforts of all were instrumental for the successful accreditation.

The main objective of the quality control department is implementation of relevant standards pertaining to patient care. They are responsible to sensitise, train and maintain high degree of standards to nurture quality as a culture and review performance through patient satisfaction surveys, key monitoring indicators and periodic audits in clinical and service areas.
